Nova Vista Properties was founded in 2023 by Simon Kirschman, following a successful career as a division president for one of Utah’s leading production home builders. With a background spanning residential and commercial construction and high-end cabinetry, Simon brings a rare blend of large-scale operational experience and deep appreciation for detail-driven craftsmanship.
After years inside the production world, Nova Vista was created to offer a more thoughtful, client-centered way to build a custom home — one that prioritizes quality, clarity, and positive experience in an industry that needs it the very most.
